This was my first time sourcing products from China, so I honestly had a lot of questions. The NitaSource team was patient with me and explained the process clearly. They also helped me check the samples before production. There were a few small changes needed, but they handled them quickly. Overall, it made the whole process much easier for me.

I originally contacted NitaSource because I was having problems with one of my suppliers. They helped me find another factory and compare the options. It wasn’t the cheapest quotation I received, but the quality and communication were much better. So far I’m happy with the result and will probably work with them again.

I started with a small test order because I wasn’t sure what to expect. Everything went smoothly and the final products looked good. Packaging was also better than I expected. The team was responsive whenever I had questions, which is very important to me when working with suppliers overseas.

We needed help sourcing several different products from China and didn’t want to deal with every factory separately. NitaSource helped us communicate with the suppliers, check the products and arrange the shipment together. It saved us a lot of time. There were a few delays during production, but they kept us informed and helped solve the issues.
